Rental rates are seasonal and based upon double occupancy per night. A minimum two-night stay is required to secure a reservation. Add $10.00 a night over the standard rate for each additional guest. A 12% obligatory tax, a surcharge of 3% as well as a $20 handling fee will also apply. There is a separate pricing list for special events and large parties such as weddings or family reunions. Call or email for more information. Please note the available discounts listed below. Allow for only one discount per visit.

Stay a week or longer and the last day is free of charge.
* Reserve two nights Sunday through Thursday and the third night is on us. This offer does not include the month of October or holidays.
* Senior citizen discount available with 10% off normal rate.
